Usually it is a light issue that keeps an orchid that is mature enough to bloom from blooming. If your plants are growing wide leaves this could be the issue. Are they very dark green or do they appear light green in color? If not light, then perhaps your phals need a cool-down during the winter months to initiate a spike. Good luck.
