    Default My New Summer Home

I was going to publish an article about my new project but I found the process of getting it the way I wanted it just to daunting an effort so this is second best.... a picture of my project. Should this spark any interest, just PM me or send me a note to lasserh@ hotmail.com The ugly mess in the background of the 1st pic is what I was using!!!!!

Thanks Jeff. You're about the only one who has said anything.... I thought others would find this of some use but then again, not.

What growing zone are you in Howard? It snowed here today so I still haven't even planted any perennials yet...Been putting out the dends on sunny days.

looks nice ! But the catts are going to need some more shade in summer, there leaves already look a bit scorched from last years summer.

Very nice! I've been summering mine on my deck under burlap slanted toward the south. Looks sort of crappy and sometimes the wind blows it down, but it works. I've tried putting them on benches on the lawn, but they get ants. Don't think I have enough room for one of those greenhouses on my deck, but it would certainly be more attractive than the burlap.

Yes, they got burned last year and I tried to keep them under a tree until this was finished but some still got burned.... one of these days I'll get it right!
