yes normally white but in recent years it's gotten a pink tinge. maybe it's the high light it gets...

Then maybe mine might turn like yours also someday? Mine have the same lip as yours and one of the flowers have a thin pink line on one of the petals.

not sure molly, probably depends on the plant and possibly also the conditions. this one always seems to bloom in mid-May for me.
