they can handle quite a lot of light. Once it is properly rooted I think it will do well and bloom better in high light as long as it gets adequate water.
Phrags like lots of water, even caudatum types do. I know the web says caudatum/wallisii/powowii likes being drier, but drier is not by much. They still grow relatively wet compared to other orchids.
