Yes, as I said in the first post: If your Bulbo is not in bud or spike - repotting again should be ok. Your plant will not have had time to establish itself, so it shouldn't make much of a difference this quickly.
Pot height is up to you and your watering schedule. Do not plant the p-bulbs below the level of your orchid mix. Cover the roots and make sure the p-bulbs touch the surface of the mix. You may need to use rhizome clips to attach the plant to the mix since bulbos like to step up as they grow. The depth of the pot will be determined by your watering schedule. Do not plant in a deep pot if you water alot.
