Bc Maikai 'Mayumi' need repotted?

I've had this for about a year now. I don't know when it was repotted or how the roots look. Over winter it slowly started to put out a new growth. These past couple months it's been sprouting new roots pretty quick and another growth. I didn't know if since it has new roots if I should repot. Or if I should wait till it fills the pot. I ask because I have no clue how anything is doing under the surface.

Hi nicki! Nice plant. I would not repot either yet, but more humidty may help. It looks as if the older part of the plant was underwatered before you got it (the wrinkling will not go away), but the newer leaves look strong and firm, and the firm upright new growth seems to indicate it has adequate light. I agree. The mix looks fresh and with a bit more humidity, the orchid will continue to do well. Good luck.
