Can I see photo of whole plant? Is the canes very long?

It almost looks like a Dendrobium Taurinum (or maybe one of its hybrids) to me.

no, the d. taurinum looks completely different. the lip on this one is highly unusual and very nice.

Maybe a hybrid perhaps? This resembles both Dendrobium antennatum and Dendrobium conanthum.
