Can you take a close-up picture to the one that you said is dying? I agree with BD, everything looks healthy.
I think the reference is to the orchid just right of center, the one with yellowing leaves.
yes, im referring to the one with yellow leaves, vanda(?)..

I'm definitely no expert, but Vanda's need lots of water to keep hydrated unless they're certain hybrids (and even then they still need a lot). The lower leaves go yellow and fall off and that's normal, but it looks like the upper leaves are going yellow. They could be getting too much light, you might be over or under-watering it and it could be lacking the nutrients it needs. What's your watering schedule like? What fertilizer do you use?
