There is really nothing you can do to reverse the damage. You will most likely loose those leaves. If the direct sun does not hit them are there reflective items such as mirrors or other surfaces that could reflect the sun on to the leaves? They look like they are definately coming into contact with hot burning rays. I have had this happen and usually let the leaves go for awhile. If the damage is not too bad I will just remove the damaged portion. I would definately give them some super thrive when watering. Good Luck!
