Bulbophylum pectenveneris ?

I have this Bulb blooming, it very beautiful and I found some photo on the internet somehow have same structure but different color .
For this species I'm not sure for the ID. If you are sure for the name of this species, please let me know.

To me the flower has similarities with Bulbophyllum sanguineopunctatum, but without the striping. I am currently in the Philippines, without my reference books so I cannot confirm my identification easily.

It makes no difference to me, if you want to call the plant a Bulbophyllum or a Cirrhopetalum. Taxonomy is merely somebody's opinion. In my opinion no-one is right and no-one is wrong when it comes to an orchid's name. The main point is that both parties know exactly what they are discussing.
