Roll into balls and coat in a mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
Place on a greased tray and flatten with a fork.
Cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C. Serve hot or cold with cream or icecream.

My son learnt to make these in school long ago and I remember how we kept making snickerdoodles that year. Tasted so good too. I'd forgotten about that until I saw this topic. I'm definitely going to be making these using your recipe. Sounds yummmm...

lol good luck-it was sort of the same with me-i made them in food tech at school and for about 2 months, all we could make was snickerdoodles!
