Unfortunately his nursery and lab isn't open to outsiders. It just so happens that he and I are friends that is why he brought me there to show me his plants. Some of the plants I grow at home (they are big now but not yet flowering) came from him. I don't even remember how to go there because I am not familiar with the Antipolo area. We were chatting and chatting all along the way in his van and I wasn't paying attention on the route so I didn't take notice of the directions and before I knew it we were there. He drove me back home afterwards.
Yes, I was in awe at the sight of his Den. Pierardii in full bloom that time. The weather there was cool and pleasant and the sun was bright. It appears that there is a daily drop in the nighttime temperature there. Maybe that is why his plants grow so well because of the ideal climate and the fact that he keeps his nursery and lab very, very clean.
