This inflorescence opened with 6 blooms. About 2.5" in diameter each, waxy texture and nicely fragrant. I suspect Netrasiri in the lineage, but not sure. Any clues?
Cheers, Michael

Definitely Lc. Loog ton
Loog Tone is often seen in darker colors, but it is possible. There are also dozens of others hybrids that look very similar. Unless it happens to be a clone and you see a photo that is truly an exact match, no ID of an unknown Catt hybrid can ever be definite.
Hello Amey,
And thanks for the ID info. and additional details just now. I am wondering
about a very very similar Orchid (colors and size) I also have in my collection,
except it is NOT waxy in texture and looks like your avatar. I am told it's name is Netrasiri. Are they related?? Thanks.
Michael, I think it is very likely a Lc Looq Tone as it is a Thai hybrid. I have one that looks very similar.
Very nice whatever the name is.

Yes they are, Lc. Loog Ton is Lc. Netrasiri doll X C. thospol spot. So Netrasiri is the father of Loog ton. But Netrasiri is still waxy not as much as Loog ton but still waxy. My avatar pic is Lc. Loog ton orange.
Whatever you call it...it's pretty!
