Plants can get very large. I think the largest I have seen is spread of about a meter in diameter but I know they can get bigger than that in nature. Generally, indoors they stay much smaller. I believe it is just a "run of the mill" green, not a true varigated. The coloration is due to a combination of degree of light, water and temperature. I can't remember what conditions are supposed to bring out the best color.you've got a very beautiful crassula! was that a variegated form? i have also a crassula before which get a lot of bright light but the leaves did not turn that way the only error i made was that i didn't keep it on the dry side, always watered now the crassula is already a part of compost
