dendrochilum magnum

I recently purchased a dendrochilum magnum. I posted pictures of it in "my latest additions". It smells wonderful!! Does anyone have information on how to grow this or rebloom it? Also, I has one bad looking leaf, should I be worried about it? I would link the picture, but haven't figured out how yet.

Sounds like it shouldn't be hard to keep happy. I DK about the leaf; personally, I'd cut it off, just in case.
