Welcome Scotcat. Very beautiful Ascocenda Peggy Foo . I am not familiar with the second vanda but it is very beautiful too - good shape and colour. Do you grow your vandas in a greenhouse ?

I love these!! I have 1 vanda and it has yet to bloom for me. What's your secret? Do they bloom at a certain time of year?

First thankyou Catten for the welcome and now to do I grow these Vanda delights in a greenhouse.

They are happily growing indoors in my home and now of course climate got colder and have central heating on.

Becky I only have been the proud owner of my 2 Vandas for 6weeks and only put water in vase for half and hour then discard and did this every day.

But now with Peggy Foo have cut time down to 15minutes and water ever 2nd day as roots are staying green for 2days .

However Highland Gem still need water every day .

And I have to say I have these growing indoors in a large glass vase.
