Just blooming in my friend's garden.
It belongs to Latouria section of Dendrobium.
We don't know if this is a species or a hybrid?
Anybody help on this id?

Derek nice blooms personally I cant help the ID I agree with you it has Latouria blood by look at the labellum and the other one could be biggibum which contribute the pink color.
I am NOT a Dendrobium guy, but I'm pretty sure it is an intersectional hybrid. Latouria plays a big part, probably D. spectabile in there, but I bet the color comes from a Phalaenanthe. If you can find a picture of D. Violet Yamaji I think you'll see some similarities.
Thanks guys.
Kirk, I believe that it may be a variety of Dendrobium cv. "Violet Yamaji".
I'm just curious about whether I like to buy this plant as my additional collection for introduced orchid species because of its color texture.
