    Nice display Jeff. I hope you win ribbons in the show.

    I'm curious .... if a plant wins in a show, what else aside from ribbons does the owner get? Are there cash prizes at stake? What about if the plant was judged as the "Best in Show"? I'm curious since I have never participated in any show ever since. I have always been the audience and the drooling spectator .... Hmmmm .....

    with the orchids the only one price to get is the honnor :-) furthermore if you win a AOS you must pay to have your orchids register.

    Our display did very well. We got best amature display 25 sq. ft. and larger and best overall amature display. Lots of other ribbons tossed in there as well. I personally took a 2nd with Guaricattonia Sogo Doll 'Jennifer' (floor center) and a 3rd with Onc. stacyi (hanging top left).

    Forgive my late kudos! Your display definitely deserved it's awards! It's gorgeous.

    I have been suffering the throes of a blight (AND a RAT) infesting my greenhouse. Let's just say, I've spent a lot of time cleaning, shedding some tears, replacing equipment and blocking a newly discovered entry hole....
