Randy I have this chloroptera and I would say that it is a prolific bloomer once it gets established.

Do not overwater it as this likes to be on the dry side and dry out between waterings. Keep in a brightly lit location but out of full sun or high temperatures. I grow mine under shade where it won't get too wet everytime it rains and to keep it cool and out of direct sunlight but it gets plenty of bright light though.

I potted mine in hydrocorn pellets since a lot of coelogynes are lithopytes. Mine appears to be doing well and likes the media I used.
