One of the beautiful species, nice labellum.
the pandurata is a very robust grower. I forget to mention that I also have an asperata which is more common and cheaper than the pandurata.
got these two from my "orchid grandma" and mentor, alice javier.
It's planted inside a clay pot with chopped up tree fern bark poles as its medium.
It is growing extremely well. I placed it where it is getting plenty of bright light but not direct sunlight (actually outside my window sill) and I water it copiously daily each morning before I leave for work. Of course, because of the porous tree fern media the water drains very easily.
It is a very robust and fast grower.
Direct morning sun is ok until around 10:30 am. It's the noontime 'till afternoon sun that you should be wary about specially during the summer months.
