Actually, my Miltassia Royal Robes all have a faint scent. Not exactly a really pleasant one, but there nonetheless. Obviously comes more from the Brassia side (reminds me of the scent of the Brassia verrucosa - slightly off). It is only when the flowers are new though and generally in the morning.

I recently had to pitch mine--oh how I miss Mr. Fitch! Gorgeous plant!

My plant does have a scent... a peppery fragrance when the sun hits it. It is a reliable bloomer for me, so I am sure you'll really enjoy yours!
