Yes, the tags are limited to 25 across the forum. More than 25 tags is useless as tags are connected to each and every page of a thread. When a Thread gets very long it is almost impossible to find anything using the tag search. Also, posting so many different things in one thread makes it hard to search instances of a particular type of plant - especially if the name is not in the post (for instance if it is only on the photo).
Though I really enjoy seeing all of these together, in the long run, it would be better if each had its own thread. I may need to add a new forum section for 'Tiny' orchids if this topic is one that people enjoy and would post under.

This is one of the most interesting forums to me, if not the most ; but it certainly will get out of hand and difficult to use ( meaning looking for a pic of a particular species) since it is growing so fast , and still has so far to go. Obviously we have to leave the techie stuff to you , but as a suggestion could it just be carved up into different tribes - like all the vandaceous stuff in one, the laeliniae in another and so on ?
Incidentally, if it helps, I firsty found these forums when hunting for pics of a particular species - Ceratostylis rubra, I think it was.
Bruce, most pictures posted here may have already been posted in separate threads anyway. This thread will slow down eventually...There is no need to set up a sub-forum for tiny orchids IMO. I have seen sub-forum for miniature orchids on one or two less popular orchid forums, people use it but not very often... I like forum with simple setup. Sometimes less is more IMO.
hmmm, some of my latest posts are only here in this thread, maybe i should still post it seperatly?
Mine too - posted only here... I'll see about putting them elsewhere.
