    Macrobulbon has more golden yellow tone, instead of greenish-yellow color. The Petal is pale yellow-yellow with a few visible dark yellow spots and the flower has more open shape. At least that what all the macrobulbon i had seen.

    @wonderlen: I think it almost certainly is L cruenta (red an the base of the lip and on the inside of the lip)

    That is a beautiful lycaste, Lars. I grew and bloomed the aromatica when I lived in Minnesota many,many yrs. ago. I seem to remember that it was yellow with a wonderful scent! Can't grow them here, though...way too hot and dry. Betty :-(
