I'm no expert, but my phals have done the same thing when they were getting too much direct light. The limp leaves, the light yellow color, etc. The "brandings" could be sunburn. Try pulling them back from the window or adding a sheer curtain to filter the light. Simply pulling my phals back from the window they were in helped them dramatically in my situation.
