Okay, I have looked at this a few times now. Having deflasked several cattleyas this size, I would say wait a bit longer. It is probably just my bad luck, but the ones that are still tiny would totally be lost in my care. As long as the flask is still sealed, I think they can grow a couple months more. And if you do deflask, pot them in a community pot instead of individual pots for a time. JMHO - others probably have much more experience.
