The plant is Calanthe rubens. Found in Thailand, Peninsular Malaysia and the Philippines.

I agree with Jim Cootes. I have collected a few varieties of rubens from the limestone hills near my place but none as dark as the one you posted. However I have seen one in Thailand which was almost solid dark pink and an alba form. This plant normally blooms when it has lost all its leaves. You should see the flowers move when there is a slight breeze, areal 'dancing lady'.
