    Yeah!!! Patience pays off. Have new shoot finally. Plant is very healthy and is as anxious as I am for westher to warm up so it can live outside. Thanks to all who replied. I sure get a lotof useful information from all. Will definitely ask lots of questions. BTW; I have a deep indigo phal that has one open bloom and two spikes. How beautiful it is.

    That is GREAT, Carol...I, and I'm sure many others are happy for you. Please show us a pic. of the phal. when it blooms...I've NEVER seen a blue phal. in my life...Betty :-)

    Betty, i will flick you an email soon of some pics i got and my new addition i will also send some links to blue phals, one of which i got a week ago.....it has a teeenie tiiiny spike on it! Carol, i cant wait to see it! congrats

    You can have both! Bright light, NO mid-day sun and a 20 to 22 degree in temp. at night. Blossom booster helps,too.
