Here's an outdoor pic for you, Pete.
I have propped up floppy, but I don't think I did it in the pic. Sorry!

Thanks for posting, Heather! Looks like a nice healthy plant and the leaf looks bent from shipping.
All your plants look very healthy and happy. Nice to see your plants, too!
Heather, when a newer leaf flops like that on Paphs or Phrags, many times you can loosely tie it at the top, straight to the stake, and, as it grows over time, it'll stay straight up after you untie it. Plant looks really healthy, too.
Thanks, I'll try that! There's a new baby leaf inside too, which I think will eventually make that one stand up a bit straighter.
Took a couple pics of my SS out of the pot. Forgot to take one of it in its new home! Will do that tomorrow morning.
Here's a close up of the roots.
That plant looks quite healthy and looks like it has a very good root system but the roots look black to me. Was the plant watered right before you repotted? Do post a pic of it in your new drilled pot, I would love to see it.
The roots are a mulchy colored brown (mulchy probably didn't help!sorry!) The roots were wet, as I used water to help me dislodge some of the media.
Heather, here is my St. Swithin from the guy who stole my picture to sell his plant on ebay. You may have seen it from the other forum. It is a blooming sized plant with two growths. Oh and I also found a new growth in my Paph Julius today and I hope it is another variegated one.

Yes, I remember that one. Its a beauty. Not a bad trade, even if it initiated with thievery!
Congrats on the new baby!![]()
