Those markings underneath the leaves are the culprit. As Betty said above, you need to treat for spider mites. Personally; I find the systemic's work best. The best way with orchids is to use something every 3 months. New plants should be kept separate from your other plants at first. If you don't spray preventatively...you will have bugs sooner or later.
