    i think your treatment is ok, just take care of the spider mites and the plants will recover.

    Thanks lot! will take note of that! i think i better not remove it from the bark now, will add some moss instead...can't risk to hurt the roots. Thanks a lot again everyone! will update if I saw any improvement of the plant
