This little bugger is getting the wrong treatment i think....all it does is grow new leaves! It gets 40:60 light:shade, as it is ontop of the fridge (about 20-25*C), and it gets water once a fortnight, run through the media untill its drenched. This is THE only paph i have, and im not planning to get anymore if i cant master this one....Any ideas?

and whats this little doo-dacky down at the base? is it a new growth?
