A seedling blooming for teh first time. Has terete leaves, as you can see. The angraecum spur can be seen too !
I had this plant some years ago, and grew it in S/H when the flower spike was almost ever-blooming, but never had many out at the same time. Can't remember what happened to that plant - I guess it is now in the place where all good orchids go when they die.( and orchid growers ? )
This time it's in Perlite, but hung up with all the small plants - Neofinetias, young Vandas, Aerides etc etc. Terete plants usually want a lot of light , that's why they are terete, I guess, it's an adaption against transpiration losses.
