A lot of hybrids in section Phalaenopsis look like this, so I am afraid that it is very unlikely that anyone can say - ah yes it is ... so and so... ( yes it is a dendrobium - but the genus is so large it is divided into sections, and one of them has this name , beacuse someone thought that the flowers are a bit like some phallies, I suppose )

BTW I have one similar, which someone bought for me at the airport in Singapore - I have written " Singapore White" on the label - and then at least I know which Den I am looking at.
