Algae/moss friendly drench to control mildew?

I grow both gesneriads and begonias under lights and in humidity domes. These aren't your typical easy to find plants. Anyway....I took a lesson from some african violet growers and spray a disinfectant spray. Just a household spray. Most of the plants are in trays of sphagnum. It works great and will not hurt blooms.

Really interesting to know. Do you spray the trays or just around the plants?
