Well, I was watering this morning, and boy it is sure a lot easier when the plants are outside - no carrying them 3 at a time to the sink! (and with about 65 plants now that is a lot of carrying!). However, I noticed that they are getting sun from about 7 am to I'd guess 10 am.That's wayyyy too much. So I created a little shade for the early morning angle sun using row cloth stapled to the bottom of the balcony over this area. I'm holding it down by slipping some of those metal stakes that some growers use into the fold at the bottom (I doubled the cloth). We'll see - - now I have to get some of those misquito killing pellets for the humidity trays - don't want any West Nile going on!
