Forgot to ask, how would I up the humidity in such a dry climate?
Humidity trays work--fill a tray with pebbles and fill it with water, but make sure the water level is below the bottom of the pot because you don't want the pot to be sitting in water. Or simply fill a tray of water and put in an upside-down plant saucer and sit the plant on top of the saucer. You can mist the air around the plant, be sure not to get the leaves too wet. Or place the plant closer to a fish tank...
