Congratulations what you need to do now just observe the growing of the new roots and let them attached firmly on the plastic cup, the problem may arise later is as the plant leaf further increases in size the cup will be unstable, so you need to anticipate by few opt:
1. adding charcoal
2. in tropical country like Malaysia many nurseries just put spag alone and spraying the water once the spag. almost dry.
3 or just keep it as above once the plant already established then you need to support the plastic cup accordingly. Good luck.

Lookin good Gabriel. Think you saved it. Wait til the roots get a couple inches long and then pot it up. I like sphagnum, but that's just a personal thing.

Sorry about the wrong name, Gabriel! And, I also believe that the roots should be a little longer before you pot it in the bark, perlite,& charcoal mix...or moss...which ever is your choice. My phals. did not do well in LECA, so I mounted them. Betty
