Your oncidiums are beautiful! They're very healthy robust plants. Excellent growing. I'm sorry to hear about your camera.
Hi all! Thank you very much for all the nice comments. They're very encouraging!
The Sharry baby in the picture is the baby of the mother plant. It took me around 1 year to make it bloom, then this is the 2nd bloom of the baby.
so for those who got babies, u'll soon see the bloom and get to smell the chocolate!
As for the camera, sayonara la....my husband was even hit twice on his head using a wine bottle. He got bumps. good thing nothing worse happened.
Hi! I grow them in my greenhouse.Very healthy clumps. Greenhouse or balcony?
Hi!Mabuhay!
Congratulations and good growing. How do you take care of this beauts? thanks for sharingI think they like more sun, but not direct, a bit shaded, coz when i transfered them to that corner with more sun, they just boomed!
Then watering them everyday but will not water them when raining, put fertilizer once a week or every other week. that's all...onc are quite easy for me, hardest so far for me are the phals....

Question please: 1) Do I really need to wait for the plants to stop blooming before I divide and repot them? coz they seems to bloom all the time, just that during this time, they bloom more, but almost in bloom most of the time, and they outgrew the pots already and are really very crowded. Is it bad for them if I don't repot them?
2) The Sharry Baby will have spike for 2 to 3 months before the buds will form and bloom. Is that normal for Sharry Babies?
Thanks a lot!
jenn
Lovely oncidiums. So sorry to hear about your Canon.
Jennevie, lovely Oncidiums! Can you tell me what type of mount is on the right side of the second picture? I have been thinking of mounting my Onc Sweet Sugar because it seems a bit clumsy in its pot. Thanks!
I can smell the sweet chocolate from here...great growing!
The orchid blooms are beautiful! Sorry about the camera.
cheers,
