Suits the name. For those not familiar with the Malay language; loosely translated it means 'Feelings of Love'. Named after arguably the most famous and catchy folksong of the Malay Archipelago and of Indonesian origin( I must mention this so as not to add on to the diplomatic row between Malaysia and Indonesia re the song). The chorus which goes " Rasa sayang,hey rasa sayang, sayang hey;
Hey, lihat nona jauh - rasa sayang, sayang hey"
which very loosely translated(my own) " Feelings of love well up in me,
When I spy that maiden from afar."
Lovely dendrobe, Vincent. Thanks for the parentage - I can see now where it got its lip and green edgings from.
Will be going for the WOC and probably will take you up on the offer. Hehheh
