Hi Jenn,

Maybe you could devide the Oncidiums after 2 weeks since the last bloom fell off.
This is the best time for them to devide since they are already had rest (2 weeks) after a long blooming weeks which had almost got their all stored nutrients.

Thanks for your advise Jeff. Ok will wait for the blooming to end. they are too crowded in the pots already....
