I lean toward catts and want some fragrance, but my real passion is paphs, which I have really only experience in blooming hybrid Maudiaes - my favorites are vinicolored. Not planning in the future to do too much (any) hybridizing myself - YET.

This nursery (in Maine where I'm on vacation) specializes in catts, with lots of both species and hybrids, as well as angraecoids, and paphs too, but mostly paph species. Given this minute amount of information, I was wondering if anyone has a "must-have" list that I should look for. I have a paph delenatii and a Lynleigh Koopowitz, but prefer the Maudiae types - I also love fairrieanums in the parentage, anyway, and would not mind a few more species - just not the chinese bulldog, or sequential, several blooms on one stem, sort.

Any ideas, anyone?

I'll report back, anyway - I think I already had them set aside a primulinum for me.

Thanks as always,

Maura
