    Congrats!
    I am not an expert, but the blotchiness of color on one petal makes me wonder if all is OK...I'll be interested to see if others think this might be of concern or not?

    It is rather like a Herpes ( cold) sore, on a persons face , caused by a virus.... But draw your own conclusions , I'm not saying..

    Geoff--I think what you are saying is that some folks might choose to keep the plant, and take measures to prevent the virus spreading (rather than trash the plant)?? I think for some special plants, I might do that, but maybe not for just any plant....do you do that with yours? Any thing special to minimize risk (other than sterilzing tools and not allowing contact, or water to drip from one to the next, etc)?
