Thank you Gage and Bruce.
I have one bud left to open. All has slowed down to a snail pace because of the cooler weather and the lack of sun in the backyard. The spike should have been staked to the wire. The sheer weight has cased it to droop to the point I've been worried it would snap. I will post a picture of the blooms all fully open in a couple of days.
A total of 15 blooms fully opened. The presentation would have been much nicer if I would have staked the spike.

Cathy, it is just amazing.
As I showed the picture to Mike, he said, "You have 5 or 6 of them. How many do you need more?". What have I done to deserve that kind of response?

Cathy, you gotta take that thing in to be judged at some point. Seriously amazing. This one's up there, in my book. Hey wanna trade for an Asconopsis Irene Dobkin? HAHA, maybe for 30 Asconopsis! That plant is probably huge too! I'm sticking with minis until further notice.I tell myself if I had the space I would grow all kinds of bigger orchids, but the truth is I would probably just get a thousand more mini chids to fill the space. Lol.

Cathy, a job very well done, except the staking, forgiven though. One of the nicest Vandas I've seen for some time.
If you hadn't put the full name down & said it was Gordon Dillon itself I would have believed you.
