Paphio said it best! Loads of orchids suffer fungal/ bacterial ailments as this and not always that bad, just managable but recurring sometimes. Get rid and implement cross contamination procedures to avoid cross infection. The wrinkled leaves are termed 'accordian' and a common occurence with milts - onia/opsis/assia with watering issues.
