Interesting lip!
What is clear, at least to me, is that the rachis and leaf measurements of your plant- an entity which I also happened to have- are nowhere near as those stated in the description for Thrixspermum rostratum. Apart from that, it has been said from the original description that T. rostratum's lip is 'cinnabar red'.
Yes Wally, i agree to the measurements of the leaves, which supposed to be around 27cm long. as for the rachis, that could match, seeing the motherplant of our friend.
well, there is "cinnabar" red in the lip and the rest of the description is rather lousy. best part is, not even a callus is mentioned, which is hard to believe in that group.
maybe its best to describe this posted species then.
