You seems to do well, don't change anything.
Now, I water mine once a week and sometimes spray the aerial roots. But the plant is in the GH with high humidity level and good ventilation. I use a MSU type fertilizer 3 waterings on 4.
Thanks for the perspective, Eric - as you can see, mine hasn't even developed a nectary yet, so we have to settle in and wait. I probably don't have the level of humidity you have, but I keep a humidifier and a small fan going, group my plants together as much as possible, and try to spray every other morning. I have used the fertilizer you describe - do you ever use a bloom-booster formula? If so, when?
