Default Rescued a Blc. Memoria Anna Balmores 'Convex' - Now what?

    Hello,

I rescued this Blc. from one of the big box stores. (the price was right) . I have been raising Phal's for about three years but have never tried a sympodial. As you can see the pseudobulbs are shriveled and the leaves look accordioned. I re-potted this poor guy and discovered the main problem was root rot. I've cleaned it up the best I can but what next? You can see new growth and hopefully a viable root or two.

    Thanks
