I would save the Superthrive until after the phals are done blooming and then apply in the water. Continue to water and fertilize on your regular schedule. Flowers are mostly made up of water and underwatering will cause the flowers to get wrinkled. The only reason to water phals less is that they need less water in the winter because of the shorter days - not simply because they are blooming.
