Repotting phals

When is the best time of the day to repot phals? Should I only repot in the morning or evening or anytime I have the time?
I would like to hear when others do it.

afternoon, when the sun is not that hot so that the plant will be less stress. etc etc

I do it whenever I have time...morning, noon, or night. As long as it's indoors and protected.

I try to do all repotting in the early morning so that I know the plant will dry off by night fall.

Thank you for your response. I kind of suspected early in the day, but if I have to repot later I will be careful not to get water in the crown.
