Out of the eight or so that I have, my Oncidiums are my thirstiest ever...but I think that is due to the fact that they are in fairly rough shape. The main root masshas since died, so for the past two months they stayed in a "plastic lung" (sphag'n'bag) until they developed sufficient roots to take up water. The old growths didn't really put on any roots (but new tips showed up), but the new leads HAVE put out quite a bit. Now they are sucking up water like mad.

ok...now to pop some Tylenol and coffe and see if I can get rid of this headache.
